Just started a new cycle where Im using homebrew trans 4AD at about 500-700 mg a day for 8-10 days with M5aa for 8-10 then dropping M5aa and doing 10mg MIT for approx 12-14 days along with 4AD. My reason is to front load the 4AD which usually really kicks in about day 10 then I'll be primed for the MIT and hopefully will have gained some strength to aid in greater hypertrophy while on the M1T, also to limit methyl's to one at a time and possibly help with the bloat(M5aa). Im going for a clean bulk and hoping for 10-15 lbs. My question is Im doing alot of double splits and wondered how I should dose the M5aa on twice a day workouts. Was thinking 15mg one hour before each workout. Opinions?
