So ive been reading that people save their support supps till PCT because they (saw palmetto, milk thistle) can 'slow down' the effects of the cycle.

My question is, HOW?? and does it really slow your cycle down that much that people are ditching the support supps all together?





I ask this because im planning a pretty big cycle in a month or so (mdrol-pplex bridge), and i want the most gains possible (obviously). However, i feel a cycle like this, something like cycle support should be ran throughout..


Thoughts?
