Absorption without DMSO

If the absorption in a typical transdermal formula is 30 - 40 % does anyone know approx. how much this is reduced if the formula lacks DMSO ?

Without DMSO it should be 10-15% according to Chemo. I acctually asked the same thing long ago. Heres the link:

Here's the quote from that link:
The 40% estimate is for the DMSO recipe.  If you go with the IPM and OA it may be 10-15%...
