M-Drol/E-Stane Bridge

    M-Drol/E-Stane Bridge


    In a few weeks I am looking to run an M-Drol/E-Stane bridge that will run for 7 weeks, dosed as follows:

    Week 1: m-drol 20 mg
    Week 2: m-drol 30 mg
    Week 3: m-drol 30 mg
    Week 4: m-drol 40 mg/ e-stane 40 mg
    Week 5: e-stane 60 mg
    Week 6: e-stane 80 mg
    Week 7: e-stane 80 mg

    I am 22 years old and have been lifting on and off for 7 years. I am 6'1 and weigh between 200-2003 with 13% body fat.

    Previous cycles include a 4 week epistane cycle dosed moderately and a 6 week halodrol cycle dosed high. I saw similar results while on both, but overall dryer and better strength gains with epistane. Both cycles I had 2 blood tests during cycle and after PCT, and both came out good.

    In this cycle I am looking to gain more mass(around 15 to 20 pounds), than my previous cycles while still maintaining a dry look. As with past cycles i will have blood work done during and after cycle.

    On cycle I will be taking Milk Thistle, A multi-vitamin, and Fish Oil. PCT will consist of Nolvadex for 4 weeks following the cycle.

    Any thoughts or advice would be helpful. Thanks.

    I think youd want to do it the other way around, ending with mdrol. When youre done w/ mdrol youre going to want to jump into pct.

    waaaaaaaaaay too high on the mdrol dose. start with 10mg and i wouldnt go above 20mg

    yeah, with that mdrol dose you might as well just drive yourself to ER now and get it over with. Your liver/kidneys will be fubar'd. even at 20mg I feel like superdrol is almost too strong sometimes. start at 10mg and then at your weight I wouldn't go over 20mg. I vote start with mdrol too.

    not to be a D*ck but 20lbs of muscle from a 7 week cycle isn't possible. I don't think the human body can even build muscle that fast regardless of anabolics. Even 2lbs of muscle is tough and I would say impossible without putting on fat. Keep in mind I'm saying MUSCLE here and NOT water or glycogen etc, as those will go away after PCT.

    yikes...good luck and be safe...I think you are putting a lot of undue stress on your body though. I'm on 20 mg's of SD right now and don't feel I could be gaining any faster than I am.

    Okay I see you have run only epi and hdrol. How about u start off with a solo sd cycle 10/20/20/20? That alone will give u very solid gains. Hdrol and epi are good starters but sd is a whole nothing ball game. You have run a solo sd cycle and u think u can handle 30 and 40mgs of sd? Hahaha doubtful my friend. More isn't always better. Usually more means a little more gains but A LOT more sides. Do yourself a favor and do a solo sd cycle first then u can look at bridging it with something.

    Plus u need to look at getting sone cycle support. Your support supps are definately not enough.

    Dude that cycle is gonna rape you. I couldnt even handle 20mg m drol, much less 40mg+e stane lol

    I have gone up to 30mg if sd and it was crazy!!! Amazing mind blowing strength but massive massive painful back pumps that would kill a leg workout or make u feel like ur lower back was going to explode while doing deads.

    I like solid doses but those doses are just stupid. If you actually responded to Epi solo and Hdrol solo, there's no way you have a high enough tolerance to steroids to require those doses (the sides & shutdown would suck). And your stats by no means necessitate such an excessive cycle... your goal of 20 lean pounds is outlandish, even with the scope of the cycle considered.

    Lower all of the doses.

    If youre gonna stack mdrol, Id hope youve ran both compounds before.

    I dont see a reason to stack mdrol, if youre after a more aggressive cycle run mdrol solo or stack something other than mdrol w/ epi.

    between 200 and 2003 is too vague for body weight. How are we supposed to help when you have a weight that varies by 1800 pounds?
