Personally for me I train the same. The only difference is I might add a little bit more volume, or cut out a rest day.

It's exactly the same. You will be pushing more weight thus increasing the intensity of your workout. But you should always be pushing yourself even when your bit on anabolics. Yes you can recover quicker but you are also increasing your work load and intensity. So just keep lifting like a beast and use your rest days to grow.

Have heard things about using GVT while on cycle

Train for your goals like you were doing before lol?

Exactly, otherwise steroids become a crutch and you wont lift without them. If you aren't disciplined enough to workout on a regular basis with a high level of intensity and break goals and through plateaus: you're not ready yet.

GVT one week, then pyramid 5x3's the next, then repeat is how i do it.. on and off

Oh, and alot of cardio.. alot of it.

There is a secret formula that you MUST use to make gains on PH/AAS . . . it involves supplementing with LHJO :bigok:

I think it defeats the general purpose of weight lifting discipline if you organize your workouts around ingestion, instead you shoulod organize your ingestion around workouts and dont depend on them to be the defining source of your strength or fitness. Sadly, some athletes just cant do it without the exogenous thing. My training remains the same, may use some light dumbellls to end WO and pump it up a bit.

Honestly man it depends on what works for you. Personally I'm going to do GVT or Derek Charlebois's "Power to be Pretty" workout. That workout is 10 sets of 3 using 80-90% of your three rep max. On the days you do 10X3's that is only 3 days per week using squats, bench, and deadlifts. The day after a 10x3 day you do an assist day for that bodypart (i.e. after squats you do an assist day for legs) using a weight that you can do for 3 sets of 8 and when you can get 3 sets of 12 you up the weight. It is a very good program and I have used it with great success naturally. On AAS it should be the bomb. However, as Easy said, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to train differently while on then off. Sure you could add a little volume but all in all if you use what works for you and train like a beast and have everything else in order you will grow like a beast. Best of luck.

i usually like to max out on my strenght gains platue out before i go on cycle. then when im on and notice strenght increase i stick with the same weight but more reps. so when i get off i wont crash to hard on strenght my reps might go down a few. i feel like its easier on the joints because i was doing the same weight before so my body's not completly shoked with the weight increse but thats me sometime ill run it hard and max out just to see where im at on the cycle
