i did 5 weeks of 50/75/75/75/100 and i went from 195lbs to 218lbs (usually around 205lbs anyways but NEVER in my life have i been over 207- so i know somethin was workin!). Im on my 3rd week of pct and still at 215lbs. Saw big gains especially on bench. Went from 1 rep max of 255 to 300. Week 3 went from 265 to 295 all a sudden, was very... awesome. & havent lost any strength at all, gaining still.
