I went 10-20/30/40/40-50/50 and gained 15lbs total, eating like a horse, and lost 2 thru PCT, which was Nolva 20/20/10/10, and RESTORE and Alpha-Drive tapered down.
I'm begining week 3 of a 7 week, 4 day Epi Pulse cycle. 20/30/30/30/40/40/50
So far I am up 7lbs. I stepped up my cals in a big way. Some of that is definitely fat though. I'll let you know how it goes once complete.
So far I am really happy with the cycle.
