Question about dosages

For a four-six week cycle, what sort of dosage would be appropriate for pharaplex and trenadrol (taken separately on solo cycles). I've tried to find logs to get an idea, but haven't had much success.
 
There's no arbitrary dose that works for everyone, it's not that simple

Generally with Phera 30mg is the sweet spot. With Trenadrol it's 60-90mg.
 
Thanks. That's sort of the answer I've been looking for.

I've noticed that each PH seems to work at different dosages over different lengths of time for different people, but that one still has to find his sweet spot. However, I wanted to get a general idea about how much to take.
