Post-workout
20 g Whey Protein
3 g creatine
5 g Glutamine

Bedtime

20 g Whey protein


Questions---

1. Do I need to take DIM (anti-estrogen) during my cycle or pct
2. Should I change anything except Post Cycle or Halotest 25 during pct
3. Any suggestions to my layout?
