and they do claim to be strong anabolic substances on the web site

I agree that these people should be in arrested for fraud BUT the one good thing I see is that the customers who actually buy this crap have absolutely no business doing REAL steroids in the first place.
 
How is it fraud? It says right on the site that they aren't real steroids. Is it misleading? Poor business ethics? Yes, but that's not the same as fraud. Maybe if they were literally telling people something is one thing when it really isn't, but technically they are not doing that.

the ingredients were known by employees that manufactured the substances and a former employee told people what was really in they're "steroids" and after that they were lab tested to be confirmed.

Just goes to show you that you can't trust anyone with your money unless they have been proven time and time again to be reliable. I feel like it's mostly the buyer's fault for not researching the company (seeing how AAS are illegal and all). But all in all that guy should definitely be put away or at least have his business shutdown and profit extracted.

You can't have the government acting as the authority of what is or isn't the correct way to advertise. We've already seen what happens when we give the government the authority to regulate morality. If they were lying to people directly, saying "This product contains Methandrostenolone", that's another story. They are NOT doing that, period.

Unless you're a total f*cking moron who needs constant supervision 24 hours a day to keep you from walking off a cliff or drinking Lysol, the only reason you would buy that crap is because you didn't do any research. That is YOUR problem, stop trying to rely on the government to do your thinking for you. It's that type of pathetic mindset that gives way to the removal of our freedoms. I agree that it is wrong and the owner deserves a nut punch.

However, why be so up in arms about this when tons of people are buying novedex or clomed thinking they have found a true serm online.

and also at least they post the ingredients these guys patent the name and put the name as the ingredient. a little worse.

Essentially what you are advocating is that the government should have the authority to put you in jail if they don't agree with your marketing strategies. Again, if they were literally telling people that the product they are buying contains something that it doesn't, that's another issue.

All I'm saying is what should happen to him (legally) as scamming is illegal. But since they are saying it is steroids and it is not even close then that can be considered scamming. In reality it will never happen and we all know that because scams happen everyday and always will. I just hate to see people being dishonest. Personally, I just feel bad for the consumers who are actually ignorant enough to believe these people and I'm actually getting tired of hearing about this. It's like a recurring theme recently.
 
Lol i was just looking at that website like 2 min ago. What scumbags. I knew something was up when none of the ingredients were listed at all.
