Bump M-drol to 30, maybe?

I went 4 days at 10 and didn't notice anything, then after 3 days at 20 I noticed occassional mild back pumps and a slight pump while working out.

Now me being 6'3 and 250-ish, suppose I might need a little more?

Just fishin for some opinions...Thanks!!

I think 30mg is excessive but I seem to respond pretty well

no weight gains?

Yeah, I experienced the same sort of results my first week, and much of the second when I cycled m-drol alone. Gains started picking up about half-way through the second week. You are like 60 lbs heavier than me though, but after a week, I think staying at 20 mg would be a good idea. Otherwise I'd listen to UnrealMachine.

Yeah, about 5 pounds, but I was gaining before I started as I've been enjoying muscle memory and more calories :D

I'm going to go a few more days at 20, but mid-week for for week 2 I'm going to go with 30 on workout days only, and 20 on off days, unless I start to feel more.

I'm hoping I'm just being impatient and need to let it work its magic a little before the gains start happening.
