need some suggestions

Age: 24
Serious Gym Time: 1 1/2 years
started @ 120 lbs current weight 178 lbs
GOAL: 10 lbs lean mass + Strength GAINS /Month

I AM NOT EXPERIENCED ENOUGH.
So hopefully you guys can help me out, give me some advice, or tough love who knows...
I don't want to **** myself over for quick gains.
I have a feeling that I'm missing something VERY big on the PCT.

Would supervol be the way to go or would I want a different product?

current supps:
Whey Protein
Mega-size BCAA's(ON)
Creatine Powder(ON)
Bulgarian Tribulus Extract(Ultimate Nutrition)
Enoxide(Muscle Meds)-Does nothing for me saw better effects with PlasmaJet.

Should i be taking anything to prepare my body?

Starting Cycle:

Week 1:
10mg Supervol- 10mg morn
Liver PRO(CTD)

Week 2:
(Bump up to 20 depending on how i react to 10mg)
20mg Supervol- 10mg morn, 10 mg bed
Liver PRO(CTD)

Week 3:
(Stay at 20mg)
20mg Supervol- 10mg morn, 10 mg bed
Liver PRO(CTD)

Week 4:
(POSSIBLY cut down to 10mg for sake of PCT???)
20mg Supervol- 10mg morn, 10 mg bed
LiverPRO(CTD)

you've gained 58lbs in 18 months and are thinking of PHs?
you seem to be doing fine on your own.
and no, superdrol isnt a good choice as your first cycle especially for 4 weeks. and your PCT is inadequate. i suggest either tons more research or just stick to what's working.

Youve havent got enough gym time under your belt to consider Supervol.Its said to be extremely potent and stronger than M1T .
Personally i would also question as to whether youre at the right age to take a prohormone .In my book its 25 but others will disagree with that.

If you started off at 120 ibs and now 178 your obviously doing something right.

Just keep progressing the way you are , perhaps tune your diet , dont stick with the same routine , mix it up a bit , try different exercises and throw in some squats deadlifts and bench.

At 24 i d ditch the tribulus , its debatable whether it works anyway .Youll have plenty of test .

When the time comes and you do buy a designer steroid go for something thats mild in terms of side effects .

thanks for the advice guys the reason for this is that i havent been able to gain anything for the past month ive been stuck not really seeing any gains (i take monthly pictures) ive done everything i can think of im taking in 3500 calories a day changed up routine, anyone got any suggestions to break this? i have noticed strength slowly increasing but no size.

Eat more. Seriously, if you aren't getting bigger than you are either not eating enough, aren't training properly, or aren't getting enough rest. 3,500 probably isn't enough calories to continue growing, as you get bigger you have to increase you calories to keep growing.
 
next monday im going to up intake to 4,300 hopefully that should be enough i get about 8-10 hours of sleep i know my training is good. Im going to stick with my current supps, but get off the eNoxide and get back on PJ (my body reacted great to it)
i've been thinking about getting off tribulus extract and trying Novedex XT (another gaspari product) to see how it goes I am skeptical that it is hyped up regarding their marketing saying: avg. subjects show that test increased to 300%
anyone got any ideas/suggestions or would i be wasting my money? I'm entertaining the thought because PlasmaJet has worked well for me.

Tribulus has not been shown to do anything for test levels. Novadex XT would be a much better option. You won't see big gains like with a good PH/DS or some real gear but it could give you a nice little boost and help you gain a little quicker.
 
thanks for the quick response, I'm going to start it in 2 weeks to give the diet a week and then i can adjust it then start on it

eat more. you weight exactly what i do. at 3500cals a day i barely maintain. i need 4300 to gain, and i can gain slightly over 1lb/week at 5K/day.
