Hey bros, just wanted to know what everyone thinks about my cycle plan... It's going to be my first actuall cycle and i want to know how i react so i'll keep it pretty simple and use just test and d-bol.
It's going to be a bulking cycle and have the option of running 400mgs test c for like 10 weeks or 7 weeks of test prop at 100mgs ed.
I prefer short esters and short cycles as the benefit is greater and the health risk is way lower than when using long esters. I can back this up with several reasons.
I've been working out for 4 years, i am 22-23, i know exactly how i have to eat and i know exactly what works for me and what not in regards of training.
I am 5'11, 180lbs and pretty much around 12-13%bf. I would say i am more of an ecto-mesomorph because i don't gain very little fat no matter what i eat and i have the tedency to pack on muscle and get pumps in a pretty satysfying amount. I am also very strong by nature.
180lbs may sound little to you guys but it isn't so don't get me started that i am skinny and so on. Yes, if you compare me with the 220lbs monsters, i am skinny but that's not what i seek anyway. When i first began training i was about 130-140lbs and i looked fragile so i trust you get the picture.
Cycle 1
Weeks 1-10: 400mgs Test C
Weeks 1-4: 20mgs d-bol ed (i was thinking of adding 20mgs from week 9 to week 12 as well or 35mgs Anavar)
Weeks 1-12: 50mgs Proviron ed
Weeks 3-12: 250iu HCG e4d
Weeks 12-15: 20mgs Nolva
Cycle 2 (I lean more towards this one)
Weeks 1-7: 100mgs test prop eod (Mon, Wed, Fri)
Weeks 4-8: 20-25mgs D-bol
Weeks 3-8: 250iu HCG e4d
Weeks 9-12: 20mgs Nolva
Weeks 1-8: 50mgs Proviron
