Workout: OverTraining?

Hello, I am planning a 5 week H-Drol cycle 50, 50, 75, 75, 75 Staring 12/5/09. I am anticipating the great workouts I will be experiencing because of the elevated strength H-Drol will provide. I picked some of my favorite exercises so I can better asses the benefits H-drol will provide to set new pr's...Enuf chatter here is my workout.. Let me know if it is over training.



Day 1 (Sunday)
CHEST

Overtraining? Not sure... depends on YOUR body's ability to recover.
Is it just me or are you working legs and shoulders only half as much as the others?

Chest seems to be a big goal working that twice as much as everything else. Legs seem alittle small in comparison to the other works IMO

Dont want to over work shoulders and cause injury. I have naturally wide shoulders so They do not require a lot of poundage.. I have a solid base...I do alot of walking with my dogs and legs get a good workout...
