    Alright. Im 6'0, 175lbs, 21, ectomorph, first cycle. Will be running 350-400g protien, 150-175g carbs, and roughly 3200 cals. My goal is to add 15lbs of lean muscle with little water weight and bloat. I wanna look cut, not bulked and huge. Just lean, athletic, with a decent amount of size (15-16in biceps).

    PPLEX:0/10/10/20/20
    MDROL:0/0/10/10/10
    Cycle assist:4/4/4/4/4
    multivitamin: 1/1/1/1/1

    PCT
    PCT assist:9/7/6/6
    Nolvadex:40/30/20/20
    multivitamin: 1/1/1/1

    here are my concerns

    1) bloating
    2) fat gain as opposed to lean muscle
    3) should I cut calories in pct to dry up pplex's wet gains?
    4) Is my PCT sufficient enough to keep me stable? Add a free test booster?
    5) is CEL's PCT assist not enough to boost natural test levels?


  2. Stacking in your first cycle is not that smart. How can you know which compound causes which (side)effect?
    Cutting and pct is also a bad idea because this is a critical, potentialy catabolic time, which you should not make harder with cal restriction.
    Whats the idea behind the first 0/0 week?

  4. 0 for the first week is for preloading cycle assist and the multivitamins. should i extend to a 5wk cycle? Im completely fine with a pplex:10/20/20/20/20
    and mdrol:0/0/10/10/10. I would then add another week of PCT.

  5. why are you running TWO compounds on your first cycle...and why are you even running a cycle at 6'0 175 lbs?

    and why are you worried about fat gains if you are an ecto on cycle???

    You want to run a stack, with M-drol no less, for your first cycle?

  7. okay guys, this is really helping a lot. Im dropping the m-drol until im ready and can recognize and prepare myself better for sides. Ill run, for this cycle, pplex at 10/20/20/30/30, preloading cycle assist, fish oil, and a multivitamin. Is that dosage too high?

    At 6'0 and 175lbs and less than 15" arms you have a whole lot of growing you could do naturally without chemicals.

    At your age, in 12-16 weeks, you could easily be at 185-190lbs and 16" arms with proper training and diet...
