Waiting Period between PH's
I did an epi cycle over the summer, and had great results. I'm getting ready to go on "the one" and i'm wondering how long i should wait after PCT to start my next cycle. I came off epi about 9 weeks ago, but I've heard 90 days is a common waiting period after a PH. Just looking for some feed back to see if I should wait to start, or start right effen now! haha

not this again lol
as tomahawk said:
so if you run a 4 week cycle. that calls for a 4 week pct. which means (add the two together) you need to be off for 8 weeks before you start another cycle.
alot dont follow this rule but it is a good one to preach.

It just makes sense to let you body have a minimum of the time off of steroids/PCT drugs as you ran it through. It also helps to keep anabolics use becoming more addictive. If you get blood work and you are all back to normal you can technically get back on as soon as that happens. The idea is sound and been used a long time.

But, when you get to the oral DS/PH stuff, for some reason it's all about letting your body recover.
I'm not advocating doing cycle after cycle with no time in between. It just seems weird that the only place I see time on = time off is with oral cycles (new PH/DS).
Too bad there isn't a compilation of bloodwork to reference... at least with a bunch of data points you may see a trend or get an average of some sort.

I always have seen AAS advocate time on = time off. Now.... advocating and practicing are two different stories

awesome. I have always heard time on = time off, but i wasn't sure how important it was using different PHs that are working with different receptors. I had almost no shutdown on epi and did a taxo citrate and test booster for pct, but i'll wait it out and stare at the bottle some more :P

Time-on/off, 90 days, etc....I don't buy any of these. If you become shutdown completely, it can vary tremendously. You may think your T is back all the way and it may decieve you. Personally, if I were to run another cycle only a few months after the previous, I would DEFINTELY get a blood test to check liver, cholestrol, and especially hormones.
I ran ppplex for 2 week and then SD for 1 and had liver vaules in the 600's by the end of the cycle. In the first few days the vaules dropped to the 100's, but it took about the entire month after to return to normal. My lipids were insane, I had a very high risk factor, and my previous blood tests were awesome.
So, you must keep all of the invisible health things in mind. Just because you feel ready to go again doesn't mean its the case. Some people recover extremely fast...I've had friends say they were ready to go in 14 days!

as soon as hormones reach homeostastis, stay there for 2-4 weeks then your good to go IMO
my buddies doctor even said wait till t levels get back to normal after nolva hCG then you can run again.
if they never normalize you may fck ur sht up permanently thus leading to HRT
