Did a three week cycle of 5mg M1T ed w/ 2ml BDC T4 ed (1 ml twice daily).

PCT Nolva 40mg/30mg/20mg/10mg weeks 1,2,3, & 4

Acne on back and shoulders started early in PCT and remains 1 week after completing PCT.

Any experience/thoughts on how much longer I can expect it?

It normally goes away 2-3 weeks after PCT for me. Nolva has a long half life of about 2 weeks I think, so it's definitely still in your system.

Try a strong benzoyl peroxide cleanser (5-10%) and/or antibiotics.

It is a response to your natural test levels returning. Time frame varies greatly, for some it is only a few days or weeks, others it is a few months.

I dont know if you take zinc or not - but i was taking 300% RDA - i cut down to 200% and all my bacne and shoulder acne seem to be disapeering. I am also taking pantothenic acid - but that was doing nothing w/o reducing my zinc intake.

If you are looking for something to help clear it up/keep it under control I would look into getting some Proactiv...the **** really works.

Try megadosing Panothenic acid, it works for most androgen induced acne. Not for everyone but for alot of people. I think 1fast has it in bulk now.

I have tried both proactiv & megadosing b5, they are both garbage IMO. They may work for the mildest of cases. The only thing that has worked for me is 5% or 10% benzoyl peroxide cleanser (proactiv is 2.5%). Tetracycline/doxcycline also work very well. I am prone to zits despite being 29, I get almost none even on cycle using tertracycline & a 10% cleanser.
