can someone recommend what stacking options a guy my size should use::
i weigh 150
i want to weigh 165
i'm taking Decobalen - but i've heard mixed on that.
first off if your 5'9 150 i truly beleive you can grow more by just eating more and lifting heavy drink weight gainer first thing in the morning about an hour before breakfast drink one post work out and one right before you go to bed second i dont know how many cycles youve done but i dont reccomend decabolan thats 3 methyls already stacked together start with just a halodrol clone and see how that does for you
I recommend stacking chicken, lean beef, oats, sweat potatos, protein shakes, brown rice, a good workout!!!
