i was doubing about insert Formex in the PCT beside Nolva but i think that dosage of Epi is not too high so i might use Formex in a stronger future cycle...

Any suggestions mates?

I would start the epi at 20mg's and reassess after two weeks. If you aren't getting any significant sides, then try 30mg's. I'd also start your lean xtreme on day 3 or 4 of PCT. Oral steroids have a much higher clearance rate than injectables. Everything else looks good.

Guys, i have to ask a questions.... if when i will be on cycle there are some simpthoms that suggest me to stop cycle, to begin pct before the time or other? Or in any case should i continue straight until PCT as planned? :-\

IMO 20mg of epi is a waste start at 30 and go from there...

You've also run every damn compound on earth, so of course the recommendation of starting doses would be higher for you.

Start with 20, then adjust.

maybe 20 the first 2 days, but seriously its weak. the doses keep getting better as they get higher..

My idea with orals is that on your first go around you don't know what your sweet spot dose is, so its best to buy a little extra and start low and work your way up, and if there's no sides just keep going up... You will find out where your sweet spot is and get a good run out of the cycle, but more importantly you'll know exactly how you respond to the compound at different doses for future use.

So with that in mind, sometimes i think it's kinda silly to decide ahead of time how you're going to dose an oral you haven't tried before.

I agree Unreal. But i am so carefull in planning my cycle because it is the first one of ever!

Maybe i could start at 20mg first week and then rise to 30mg per day and see how my body respond...

ok... ive read a SERM is required for this compound. what is an example of this, and also DHEA. when do you take these things in relevance to the cycle too? i have BBS complete Pct, anything else needed?
