WHY

Now this may seem like a dumb thread now and may die off quick however lets see peoples view on it....

Cutting- we all know steroids do not burn fat (although tren and anavar AID in fat loss)

Water weight- we know these "wet" compounds are excellent for strength

Cutting- We know a decrease in strength is inevitable as the body fat digits drop lower and lower. may not be a BIG decrease but SOME non the less.

now the question is

why is every one afraid to run these "wet" compounds on a cut?

they kick in fast, keep you strong, and if diet is right, when you come off your super surprised at how lean you are.

why arent people running these as strength numbers decrease at the later stages of dieting?
 
they tend to make u hungry,
and i would guess main reason is the wet water they gain on a cut will make them think the cut aint efficiant. arnold himself cut on dbol keep u nice big and bloated in muscles while your cut. i was thinkin of running dbol/win on a cut

but IMO i also belive WET compunds are very good for a cut helps keep u lookin full while ur losing BF
 
absolutley i got nice and lean on m14add and the streength was great. i cam off maybe dropped 2 pounds and was leaner...

plus control the estrogen a little as well. it has its place dont kill it. maybe thats another reason why people dont like them

but anadrol all DHT derivitives will aid in fat loss dramatically
 
I was pondering using max lmg on a cut, since it also is superb for recovery and recovery usually blows at low calories
 
if you cut on d-bol keep your carbs down to around 2-3 per lb of bodyweight and keep diet super clean and it will work.

i always diet keto style so a dbol at the end would be nice but im on epi pplex and "tren" so well see bout next time

damn tweeter....i bulk with those carb numbers.....you can cut eating 500-600 grams of carbs....you do a sh!tton of cardio?
 
oh...and i guess you can cut on anything if you dont care about how you look till your done....but i personally dont want to be dieting my @ss off and no one knows it because my abs are covered in bloat....
 
so many things can bloat you out tho

topicals can, high doses of clen, dairy, excess carbs in a meal, too much stress in the day

these can all cause water retention 3 of which (clen, dairy and stress) are usually present in most peoples diet.

the others topicals and excess carbs are person dependant.
 
From my experience, I saw a real carb sensitivity in terms of fat gain with epithio and pheraplex. I saw real nice leaning effect with Halo and Super even with higher than maintenance carbs. Therefore, I'd be thinking about Halo and Super for a cut IF I was still using a balanced diet. I'd be a psychological wreck being ON and keto so I have no idea in that case LOL :D

At the same time, I did see leaner gains with phera when I started to control carbs. I mean carbs once back down to maintaince, I had lean mass gains without fat gains. But I think that's almost a waste of a cycle for a cut. Just my 2c :think:

Also just to add to the thoughts of maintaining strenght and lean mass, I say just stack some formestane or trione onto some Bronkaid and you have the all of that without going on cycle. Again, just thinking out loud.
 
If u can cut fat and run the last 5 weeks on let's say dbol just to basically keep ur strength in the gym thus keeping most muscle on the most crucial low cal days and torturous days I think it may be worth it
 
I find my bloat is mostly diet dependent. Even when getting bad estro gyno, its hard to notice any, i just dont think i'm very prone to it. lots of carbs on the other hand... they'll have my bodyweight shooting up with bloat.

I've used phera twice now on a recomp and nothing but good things to say
 
I think people use dry compounds like the DHT derivatives on a cut mainly for the vascularity you get from which you don't get from wet compunds. Plus it's hard to judge how much fat you have lost while on.
 
Awesome inquiry Crazy, I've only ever held back due to the fact that they tent to make me want to eat entire farms it seems... But the sub-notes you put forth do make me wonder what the hell i've been thinking. I loathe the weakness most cuts inherently produce!
 
mooch, yes i do cardio a LOT, even when bulking. when bulking I do 30 mins 3-4 times a week at 65% MHR, when cutting I do 45 mins 6-7 times a week at 65% MHR. It seems to help fight any lethargy. I always keep a high carb intake, seems to work best for me. Even when cutting pretty dam hard I keep carbs at 2 per lb of body weight, and protein at only 1 per lb. Only time i ever really get low on carbs is during one of those oh $hit moments when i have a meet coming up and I step on the scale and Im like 20lbs overweight and 3 weeks to get there. For me, bloating has much more to do with what compound I'm taking and my sodium intake. Certain carbs (brown rice for instance) seem to bloat me much more than others.
