About 2 years ago I did a cycle of Epidrol via Dr. D's pulsing method. Had real good results. I need to do a recomp. Am thinking about doing Havoc / Epi this time, but I don't see much about pulsing or about Epistane. Last posts were from about 2007 and I've been out of it for a while.
I'm not looking for huge gains, just a jump start into my recomp.
My thoughts were to pulse was as follows:
Week/Dose(mg)
1 (10,20,30,30)
2 30
3 30-40
4 30-40
5 30-50
6 30-50
This is taking Epi on workout days only with DHEA on off days. 2 days on 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off.
