I use to watch my diet very closely when i was natural, back in the days when i was building to my genetic potential. i would notice the slightest changes in my body by going off diet.
Anyway, I noticed since ive been jucing that i can eat whatever i want as far as fat and calories and i stay the same....abs dont fade, vasularity stays the same, size stays. but i have a friend who has to diet like a bitch to even notice any of those things. hes been on juice the same length of time as me. does genetics play a huge part in that or what?
btw...i DO still watch sodium very carefully
