I'm a week in my epi cycle. For week two I'm going to go up to 30 mg spread out to two doses. One when I wake up (10 am) and one dose about an hour before I work out (3 pm).
Should I take 10 mg for first dose and 20 mg preworkout or vice versa? Does it even matter?
