Have some questions about this supplement I just got called Doomzday. Its supposedly the same thing as Spawn but not sure. It contains Estra-4, 9 diene-3, 12-dione /30 mg and also 2a, 3a-epithio- 17a-methyletioallocholanol /8 mg. I was told to take 3 pills a day 8 hours apart with a meal every 3 hours of <30 grams of protein or more. The PCT i got is Novedex XT and was told to take 2 a day at night and start taking them the last week of the Doomzday cycle. just wanted any suggestions or advice on a better AND safe way to cycle this
