Thought this was probably the best spot for this comment. Anyone who has the time (on the bike during cardio), I highly recommend the book "Falling Off The Thin Blue Line". It covers in a literary context several off the issues addressed in these forums. It's a quick read and very well done. Anyone in this forum will appreciate the read. Hope you all enjoy.
