adding 4-ad to 1-ad

is it really worth adding 4-ad to 1-ad, i've never done 4-ad and was kinda afraid that the androgenic side effect and test suppression wouldn't be worth it,
and if I run it with formastat wouldn't that negate the benifits of adding it to 1-ad?

kinda a stupid question but I always regarded test and test precursors as not have a good risk/benifit profile.

Depends on what your trying to do. 1-ad alone will add strength mostly, but if your trying to bulk up, you really need to run some 4-ad with it. You shouldnt have to worry that much though, it isnt that bad, just remember to have proper post cycle
