Pinning: Pre-workout or Post-workout?

I just started pinnning for the first time. Using Designer Supps 4ad Prop.

I was surprised at how painless it has been. I am injecting 3x per week.

Any advice on best time to inject with regards to workouts? Pre or Post?

I prefer pre-workout, lifting the area which has been injected. Leads to less soreness the next day. But doesnt matter

Ok, thanks. The stuff I'm using seems not to cause much soreness, other than the feeling that you have a lump of oil in the muscle.

im concidering useing the 4ad prop./1-test cyp on my next cycle sometime in may, so i would appreciate updates on how well the prop. works

I'll post my results when I'm done. I don't think my experience will be of much value to you, unless you're also a 50 year old diabetic ectomorph who has dietary restrictions on how much he can eat.

I never gained off of 4ad transdermal, although I've done it several times with good effect on my mood and libido.

I'm also doing several other thing, oral and transdermal during this cycle.
