with most PH/DS I would say around week 2 or 3 is when you should start noticing, however it can be different for some.
 
im on week 3 and my strength shot up hardcore. i did 30/60/90. plan on doing 30/60/90/90/60/30. but all in all, week 3 was best. noticed it very slightly towards the end of week one
