powerlifting on epi

is it a good idea to run epi if your dealing with a lot of maximal poundages?
i hear that epi is pretty harsh on the joints thats why i was wondering.
 
right now my numbers are

raw
365 bench for 3
425 for 3 of a 4 board
working around 80-90% of that for volume

530 deadlift for 5
dimmel deads for speed at around 60% of 1 rm
platform dead 485 for 5

425 squat
475 off a 24inch box
 
you basically answered your own question huh? epi is rough on the joints....why would you want to use it as a powerlifter....why not use something like phera or "tren"?

used tren already.
and i want the least amount of water retention i can get.


right now im looking at my next cycle being

epi 5 weeks at 30mgs and winabol 4 weeks at 300mgs

hdrol 5 weeks at 75mgs and winabol 4 weeks at 300mgs

mdrol 4 weeks at 20mgs and winabol 4 weeks at 300mgs

not sure which to go with, trying to pick the one thats going to be least hardest on the joints, i never had any real bad injuries just some shoulder problems just as far as aching but nothing that gluc. and chondrontin couldnt fix.
 
if you just want strength, the Mdrol will do that the best
 
you really need to decide what you want....
epi and furaz....
hdrol and furaz....
these cycles would be best used to cut....run mdrol
 
ok. should i run the furaz with the mdrol??, would it help keep my gains extremely lean, i dont mind adding a few extra pounds to my frame i just wanna make sure its the leanest possible extra pounds with a good amount of strength.
 
IMO stacking Superdrol with Furazadrol or the prostanozol clone is like having a .22 with an M203 grenade launcher attached. Unless you're buying 3+ bottles of furazadrol just don't bother. The anabolic effect is probably negligible, which means it'll only be good for visual appearances, and then only if your bodyfat is under 10%.
 
my body fat is at 12%. i was hoping to run the mdrol while cutting my cals weekly and adding 300mgs of furaz to dry up the gains and help me keep my bodyfat low while increasing my strength.
 
what kind of powerlifter are you? cutting cals? trying to lean out? wtf?

my current bodyweight is 209, id compete better at 198 than i would at 220, so actually right now im debating on whether or not to try and cut down to 198 and try to maintain strength or bulk up to 220 and try to get a lot stronger, thats why im so up in the air about everything
 
most powerlifters i know are nowhere near there competition weight normally...they just drop for shows....
 
yeah but by the time they rehydrate they are 15-20lbs over the weight limit and your still at 198 lifting against bigger guys......
