prohormone advice

Hi all ,i've just read LegalGears' excellent article on prohormones. Now the multi million dollar question " What can the three times a week trainer get out of them also what is the best prohormone to buy in the uk " ? I understand that diet training is a massive part in the gains made but are they really worth taking ? It would be ace for some help .
