m1t solution or tabs

i tried to find some definitive answers on this but im not getting much. whats the difference if any of taking an oral solution of m1t as opposed to tabs. does it absorb better, less taxing on the liver, or just plain cheaper.if someone knows of a thread that answers this help me out, thanks

ok, thanks guys, a little place inside of me had hope it was going to be easier to absorb and less liver stress but being cheaper was the answer i thought i would get, thanks for quick responses.
