My PH powder is stuck to the top of T-gel

I mixed my powder in the T-gel and some has stuck to the upper sides of the bottle and wont come loose with shaking or heating. How can I get this off the top sides and mixed in the solution?

Stick your finger in there and scrape it off then shove the powder back into the bottle.

Then heat and shake some more. It'll all dissolve eventually.

I had the same thing happen a few weeks ago. I bent a paperclip & used that to scrape it loose. Try that then shake it up when its heated & real viscous. It should get it all dissolved.
