I am planning an H-drol cycle in a month or so, and have two more questons. My apologies if they have been ocvered, and Im sure they have as I remeber reading the answers somewhere on a forum, but I was more into setting up a PCT and such then
1. When do I dose my H? I will be doing 50/50/75/75/75/75. Should I take it 45 min pre workout? What about on non-training days? And when should I take my Cycle assist?
2. Can I use and EC stack? I have heard some say caffeine is a no-no on H-drol. What about Ephedra??
