Blood pressure question

I took my BP today and it was 151/80, I'm currently taking m1t/4ad. Does 151/80 seem high? I'm not taking any supps to help with my BP atm other than some garlic I started taking today. I think I'll up my water intake and check it again in a few days.

Doctors consider a systolic blood pressure (the bigger number) greater than 120 mm Hg (millimeters of mercury) as unhealthy. A diastolic pressure (the smaller number) greater than 80 mm Hg is also considered unhealthy. A doctor would be better able to evaluate these numbers, but my guess is that your BP is borderline high. M 1-T is a strong anabolic, and like other strong anabolics, will raise blood pressure. I have heard that Hawthorne Berry will help, but the effect will be small.

Actually.. it is 130 is the cutoff or at least that is what I have been told by 2 different doctors.. remember BP is a range... but still have this one checked out.. need to take it at least 3 days in a row at different times
