im taking estra 4 9 and im having a little bit of insomnia when i go to bed. is there anything i can take to combat this? I havent been loosing a ton of sleep just like a couple hours, do you think i'll eventually get use to the compound and i'll start to sleep regurally again.
5-htp, Melatonin 3 mgs, and valerian root. Plus, you could add in a casein protein drink with warm milk before bed, it helps add additional tryptophan.
Ya just make sure you get a quality source of it. Not to promote my own workplace, but I have taken sleep aid from Dr. Weils and Cyclin-GF, but the simple 3 mg melatonin from Vitamin World has easily worked better.
Oh wow I really wouldn't suggest such high quantities. I really do believe alot of it comes down to melatonin source and testing. ZMA is quite nice though too =].
