Is enanthate liver toxic?

Let's say if I was running 500 mg+ a week, is it going to negatively effect my liver?
I am saying this to make sure. I assumed without doing research that because we naturally have testosterone that it wouldn't be liver toxic. Then I have done research and some websites said that there isn't damage done because the liver already processes testosterone.
I am asking for a second opinion from the great sages of Anabolic Minds.
