Epistane and night sweats

Having night sweats when taking 30mg of epistane.

I try and have my last dosage 7-8 hours before bed, but I still cant get to sleep.

I just sweat my butt off all night. i am also having trouble falling asleep

Is there anything I can do/take to reduce the sweating and increase my ability to sleep.
Taurine?
GABA?
 
no/low carbs after 6pm

on anabolics or not, i have a hard time getting to sleep if i eat lots of carbs pre bed. i also toss and turn all night and sweat

Could be part of the problem.

I am pulsing epistane, and there have been two days I have trained later in the day.
As well as having epi later, I have had carbs much later at night than I normally would
 
i dont think melatonin would interfere with your epistane... im planning to pulse p-plex and epistane within the next week for 14 weeks total and i really hope i dont get sleep probs. wat brand are u taking? IBE?

maybe u just need some AC lol its gettin hot out up here in NNJ lol

its winter here!!!
 
A normal side to a good cycle for me.....400mgs Valerian root and 5mg melatonin. Out like a light and feel great in the morning. Or just some good old Allergy pills.

Normal side associated with epi, a lot of the insomnia has to due with epi's abilities to block estrogen, I have the same problem when I run novadex, pm me and I might be able to help you with some suggestions, always free for pm's.
