Whats up fellas...lookin to do my 1st ph cycle and was convinced on CEL H-Drol 50/75/75/75/75 until my buddy thats 22 took Spawn for 4 weeks and put over 70lbs on his bench (365)and about 100lbs on his deads (455) in just about 20 days! He kept most of his gains thru just a Novedex XT PCT!! I couldn't believe it.

I'm 21, 6'4", 245 lbs, 13% bf...but don't do an ounce of cardio...so bf% is no big deal it'll go way down once cardio hits.

Bench- 315x1
Deadlift- 465x3
Squat-365x8

I'd like to Bench around 365x1, Dead around 550x1 and Squat around 455x1.

PCT includes Reversitol, USPlabs Prime and support supps.

Biggest thing I'm "worried" about would be libido loss during and after cycle. So in the case of Spawn and H-Drol, which would be the most worth doing? :thanks:

for a 1st cycle, do H-drol, spawn isn't for begginers IMO.

reversitol and prime like u mentioned above would work.
