First PH cycle...

howdy, I'm new on the forum here. I want to get started on PH and I was considering one of those new fangled "build your own transdermals" heh - anyway, I've been researching, and researching, and researching some more, so I'm considering this:

2.5 grams 4-oht
2.5 grams 1-test
5 grams 4-ad
ZMA
nolva for post-cycle or "just in case"
plus protein/aminos

does this sound kosher? feel free to give me any suggestions/ideas. Thanks in advance.
 
That looks good, or you could even swap the 1test and $ad dosage, but either will work. Anyways save the ZMA to take with the Nolva. You will have plenty of test on the cycle.

Looks like a decent plan. Just make sure your diet is in check, and add a multivitamin to your supps. Good luck w/ your cycle.
 
ah, so save the ZMA? during my research, I noticed that many people suffered from insomnia, and that ZMA seemed to help with that. Thanks for the replies.
 
Some people get the insomnia, but it is mainly from the M1T not what you will be taking.

Agreed. 4AD, 1-test, and OHT do not generally cause insomnia. If it does in your case, you can experiment using the ZMA to help.
 
That sounds great for a first cycle The OHT will help offset the water retention from the 4ad, I love that stuff. You may want to consider getting 2 bottles. I think 6 weeks would be optimal cycle length at 1 squirt, twice a day. 1 bottle would last only 4 weeks, the gains don't really appear until late in week 2, & continue strong thru week 6.

Also- I get insomnia from all PHs I've ever taken, but I have trouble trouble sleeping even off. People react differently.
 
Will I notice any strength (cutting) gains with this stack? or is this mainly a mass stack. It doesnt really matter to me. Just curious. If its mainly for mass, is there anything I could stack with it to increase cutting, or would it just be better to do a separate cutting stack on another cycle.
