  6. u dont need any test boosting supplements right now. stick to the basics...protein, creatine, multi's, food, sleep, and training hard

  9. im trying ot get my arms bigger ,,, i have big tric cuz of my bench but my bis is average u want to have 16 inch arms without flexing ,,, and get my bench up a little more i want to rep 275 for 4 sets 5 reps ,,, im at 250 right now ,,,,,and i want to loose body fat and have a 6 pack....

  10. arms without flexing are 14.5,,, i want body fat at like 6 % and its at like 10-12 right now

  11. just remember, you want to add inches to your arms, you should add inches to everything else or you will look weird. best thing for strength is a 5 x 5 program. getting your biceps bigger i would suggest preachers, drag curls, hammer curls, heavy barbell curls. losing bodyfat and getting a six pack is diet and cardio

  12. what is 5 x5 program ? ,,,,, i think im gonna use sizeone 4 weeks 2 weeks break thne 4 weeks again .... i dont work my legs really i heard i should if i want ot gain lots ?

    well yeah u should work legs. compound leg workouts will also make ur entire body grow. i suggest u google search and read up on different workouts, I can't just lay out a workout for you without knowing u. u know ur body best and what works. experimentation will be key on ur part.

    1.5 grams per body pound
