what PH can give you the best strenght with low mass gain?
or is it a only training/diet question?
I'm looking for Xtreme tren (t-roid), P-plex, or a combo H-drol + t.roid.
I did a h.drol cycle ( a lot of mass, but little strenght...i don't know why)
and an epi (i don't like it...)
