the best Strenght/mass ratio

  1. the best Strenght/mass ratio

    what PH can give you the best strenght with low mass gain?
    or is it a only training/diet question?

    I'm looking for Xtreme tren (t-roid), P-plex, or a combo H-drol + t.roid.

    I did a h.drol cycle ( a lot of mass, but little strenght...i don't know why)
    and an epi (i don't like it...)

  2. you could reduce MASS gain through diet. stay at maintenance calories or below and RECOMP

  3. even if my body fat is less than 7% this can work? recomp at this weight is hard, or not?
