    best epi routine ED or increased doages??


    dosing epi for mass.... standard 4 week cycle...

    What is better to run for mass?

    i have a few bottles of hemaguno.

    so the choices are:


    weeks 1-4: 3 pills @ 12.5mg a piece (3) times daily (37.5mg)


    OR


    week 1: 2 pills (25mg)
    week 2-3: 3 pills (37.5mg)
    week 4: 4 pills (50mg)



    ps. i'm 22y/o 210lbs, lifting for 7 years and have experience with p-plex and halo.

    this is all plus pct and support supps, i posted in a previous post so dont jump down my throat haha.

    I'd appreciate a straightforward answer, thanks!

    I would go with the first option. Just stay with the same dosage through out your cycle.

    do you have any reason for this...
    i would go with the upward taper....this will ensure that you are gaining the whole way through the cycle....and also with epi the higher doses tend to dry you out more so keep them for the end....

    Edit: just noticed your running hemaguno....i think that product is underdosed....i ran correlating doses of havoc and saw very different results...

    In the pass I done upward taper, than I decided to just stay with the same dosage through out my cycle. I find that it kicks in faster for me when I stay the same through out, and it is easier for me to recover during PCT. But than again, everyone is different, might work better for some and not others.
