im pulsing epistane 20 first week. im on my 2nd week at 30 and will stay at 30mg for 2 more weeks... how long should i wait till i do another pulse.

no pulsing. epi is too weak to pulse. oulsing works on superdrol

Where did you get this information? Epistane works great in a pulse, from my experience.

ohiostate2827, the general consensus is to wait at least 2x as long as you were on. I'd follow that even for a pulse.

I thought the general consensus was Time on Cycle +PCT=time off, so equal time off as on.

i pulsed epi and didn't get anything.
then i ran it streight and got 7lbs.

very mild. half those gains were from my diet and training alone.

well when you're PCT'n, I don't think that's counted as "on."

Most people's PH/DS cycles are identical in length to their PCT, so waiting the amount of time from cycle + PCT would usually = 2x on if you think about it.

ie...Take PPlex for 4 weeks, PCT 4 weeks = 4 weeks on. This means wait 8 weeks after last day of PCT before starting another cycle. Even then, that's 1 cycle every 4 months, or 3 cycles a year. That can be some heavy duty ass-beatin your system is taking.

Definitely - IMO it takes longer than just a few months for your body's hormonal profile to completely return to baseline after a cycle. How may posts have you seen were people were experiencing odd hormonal symptoms (gyno, etc) several weeks or months after PCT?

To be on the safe side, I would only cycle once a year. Train hard while on and then really solidify those gains when you're natural - then you know they're not going anywhere.

Just my viewpoint though, Im kinda hypercautious about tweaking my endocrine system. :)
