Like I've said before I'm new to the PH world so I hore I don't sound too stupid. I have read that a bottle of say T-1 has 40 servings but they say it will last a month at recomended dose(2-3 squirts twice daily) at 2/daily=4=10 days worth. So in reallity you would need 3 bottles for a 4 week cycle. The reason I'm asking is I looking into the makeing my own trans and I trying to plan this out. I know it depends on what you are going to do but what do you guys recomend for squirts? I've seen guys say as high as 13 and as low as 2 per day(using T-1pro for an example. I'm 5'8" and 230 at 18% if that makes any difference. Any info please
