night time. thats when estrogen is highest as too test being highest in morning. so dose ur nolva at night around 1hr after dinner or 2hrs before bed

most of your hormones including estrogen will flair up overnight...to control this a night time and morning dose is best in my opinion...but you can do whatever you want....
