um... something like crossing the muceus membrane and getting directly into the blood stream is the point...but im still not sure if its what im thinking about....if it is it is really only gonna be suitable for hrt...it would be too hard to get a supraphysiological dose in the spray....also read that it will inflame the lining of your nostrils something fierce....but again...im not sure if we are talking about the same thing
