Man I am starting to feel the pumps from this, I was pretty hyped up at the gym. Had quite a bit of energy afterward to do abs and 20 mins cardio. Overall it was a great workout. Forgot to take my last dosage 6 hrs prior going to bed, so I end up having another horrible sleep.

Day 5: I had to take today off, my body is just straight up sore from head to toe. But than again, pain is just the weakness leaving the body.

Goodluck man. I ran it at 75mg for 40 days last year and I had some serious strength gain. If memory serves me right I put on about 8 lbs.

I did not want to go to the gym today, my body was still sore as hell. But I decided to man up and hit it hard. The first 15 mins sucked, onced my body warmed up and blood started flowing, it was ON. The pumps were insane, I was extremely focused and all I wanted to do is pump iron. I am noticing that my endurance has increase, today for the first time I can say that my strength has increase as well. This is unlike any other compound I have tried before, I am very happy and europhoric, and it gives me that nice fuzzy feeling inside. So far I have not encounter any anger problem, I am actually very friendly and out going. I weight my self today and I am at 210lbs. So I am up 2lbs while gaining some definition. Cant wait for legs tommorow! LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!!!! AINT NUTTIN BUT A PEANUT!

Also I took my last dose 6 hrs before I went to bed last night and it help greatly with the sleeping problem. I was actually able to get 7 hrs of sleep!

Alright my legs are now fcked. Had a great workout btw.
Squat: 10/9/8 @ 365

One leg push back: 10/10/10 @ 100

So I came into the gym pumped the fck up. I was able to do 1-2 extra reps on all the exercises compare to my last leg work out. My stamina was nuts, I was able to take short breaks between sets. I am sweating more now, I was drenched in sweat at the gym. The pumps are amazing, I am still pump all over. Feeling really good on this compound, I wake up every morning happy and motivated. Weight my self to day and i am at 206 lbs. Lost 4 lbs from water and fat I am sure. Looking leaner everyday, starting to see more definition through out my entire body. Chest day tommorow!

Forgot to mention, I had 2 pills in the opened bottle which I used 1 today. So today I started at 75mg, took 2 right after I woke up than head to the gym.

Today's workout was meh. My entire lower body is sore as hell from yesterday's leg workout. I wasnt really motivated to do chest. My strength actually gone down since last time I did chest, partly because my tri's are still sore from the last time I hit arms. I kinda tweaked my right wrist on the flat bench, so I was working out with a weak wrist that gave me sharp pain every time I over extend. Endurance was great though, as sore as I am today, I was still able to hit the treadmill for 30 mins pretty hard. My entire body is aching right now. Kinda glad I have the day off tommorow to just rest. I am starting to experience back pumps on the treadmill today, it wasnt too bad but definately noticable. Going to start taking taurine before workout now.

dam, well if thats a meh day on chest ill take it anyday, 275 for those reps, ull be milking 3 plates soon enough :smokin:

Great workout today. I wasnt even tired afterward. I did not want to leave, but had to since the wifey was nagging me to come home (she wanted teh cawk).

As you can see my strength is going up nicely. My stamina is increasing everyday. Did 30 mins of walking on maxinum incline at 3.5 speed, and I swear I could of done another hour without no problem. No sides to report really. Everything is going great so far.

I had so much energy after everything that I wanted to run on the treadmil, but had other things to do so I had to leave. The pumps are amazning, veins are poping out everywhere. Sides: I am starting to get some puffy nips, going to increase the dosage of P5P, vitex, and l-tyrosine by 50%. I also order some liquid caber just in case. I am at 208lbs, back to my starting weight but I am looking alot leaner and fuller.

Another great workout. Strength and endurance is top notch. Every morning I wake up, my abs are more visible than the previous. I am still at 208lb. Since the compound has fully kicked it, I have decided to go keto until PCT. I really want to lose as much fat as possible while staying at 208-210ish. No sides today. Since I upped my P5P, Vitex, and L-Tyrosine dosage, the puffy-ness has gone back down. Libido is up, my balls are hanging lower than low, lets hope it stays this way throughout the cycle. Pumps were INSANE today, my arms looked like it was about to bust. Veins are size of straws. Recovery is great considering I was only getting 5hrs of sleep each of the last two days.

Great great back workout today. Strength keeps on coming. I ran 3 miles afterward and was still not tired. So I jumped into the pool and swim laps for 20 mins or so. For the first time since starting the cycle I felt lethargic today. Took an hour nap before I went to the gym.

Another great workout. I was able to add more weight to couple excercises, while staying to same on the rest. Had a crazy abs workout afterward, it was great! I am at 210 now, so I am up 2 lbs since day 13th. I am pretty sure the 2 lbs was all lean muscle since I am getting leaner everyday. I love slowly gaining quality muscle. Takes time but well worth it. Sides: Libido has dropped, but my boys are still hanging low.

For some reason my libido is going crazy. I literally had to fap twice within 2 hours last night. I woked up this morning with a huge boner, so I had to wake up my girl up. Lethargy is kicking, I am still sleepy after an 8 hr sleep.

ur #'s on the big movements are grown-man status & you keep out-doing yourself it seems pretty often, good stuff man, glad ur reacting well 2 the compound

on a less pleasant note...yeah, lethargy is a :footinmouth: and really killing the experience for me, ill be using the lipo6 i have on hand & red pills i have left over from all the animal packs ive taken in the past to help provide energy for my lifts...ordered some SamE and have dhea on hand if need be used, ill let u know if i find the cure :laugh:

Okay...I broke multiple PR's today, it was crazy. I feel like a fcking beast at the gym. Everything felt so light. If you have not run promagnon, YOU NEED TOO! Lethargy is a bitch for sure, I slept for 9.5 hours today, and it was still so damn hard to get up. Still getting morning wood. Aggression has increase as well.

Day 22: Chest

Bech Press: 10/10/8/6 @ 295. Last week was 10/8/6 @ 285. I have decided to do 4 sets from now on.
Decline Dumbell: 12/11/10 @ 95. Last week was 8/8/8 @ 95.
Incline Dumbell: 10/10/10 @ 90. Same as last week

Wow....Insane workout today, breaking more PR's. I had a massive back pump today, it was fine working out but as soon as I step on the treadmil, sh*t starts aching like a bitch. The pumps brahhhh..lol its so nice. My chest was swolled. Libido is going down, hmmmm..we'll see if it will come back up or crash.

Day 23: Off

I had the worst sleep last night, for some reason I could not sleep. I wasnt tired at work today though, which was odd. So I ran out of my OTC prolactin control which consist of p5p, vitex, and l-tyrosine 2 days ago. I did not buy more because I wanted to see how my nipples would get...and guess what, it got puffy again. Lucky for me I have liquid caber on hand, so I took .5mg today. Other than that, nothing much to report.

Day 24: Shoulders & Arms

So today was my shoulders day....but since my recovery has been so amazing I decided to do arms right after. I spent 2.5 hrs at the gym today lifting, and it felt so fcking good. So from now on until the end of my cycle I will do 2 body parts a day:

Shoulders:

Barbell Press: 10/9/8/6 @ 250. Same as last week.
Front Dumbell Raise: 12/12/12 @ 55. Last week was 10/10/10 @ 55
Side Dumbell Pull Up: 12/12/12 @ 95. Last week was 12/11/10 @ 95.
X-Cross Cable Raise: 11/11/10 @ 60. Last week was 10/10/10 @ 60.
Up Right Row: 10/8/8 @ 140. Last week was 10/10/10 @ 130.
Shrugs: 10/10/10 @ 270 Same as last week.

Arms:
Tricep Ext Bar: 10/10/10 @ 210. First time doing with bar, I usually do it with rope.
Skull Crushers: 10/8/6 @ 125. Last week was 12/12/12 @ 125.
Dumbell Ext: 12/12/12 @ 50. Last week was 12/12/12 @ 55.
Reverse Grip Bench Press: 12/10/8 @ 205. First time doing this, I usually do close grip bp.
Dips: 20/20/20. Last week was 25/20/15.
7/21: 21/21/21 @ 85. Last week was 21/18/15 @ 95.
Preacher Curl: 8/8/8 @ 85. Last week was 8/7/7 @ 95.
Laying cable curl: 12/12/12 @ 120. First time doing this, I usually do dumbel curl.
Concentration Curl: 15/15/15/15 @ 30. Last week was 12/12/12/12 @ 35.
Wide Barbell Curl: 10/10/10 @ 65. Last week was 12/12/12 @ 65.

As you can see my strength has gone down when doing arms, but that was a given since I did shoulders first. It was a GREAT workout today, my entire upper body was PUMP. No sides to report, my puffy nipples has gone down, so the liquid caber is doing its job.

not sure how the lethargy is @ this point for you...but i found that eating small but constant flow of carbs throughout the day (almonds/granola/oats) in additional to your already carb-rich diet & increasing the b vitamin intake really helped for me...simple but useful adjustments...and of course, like you said, the stims do help for pre-workout
-only bad side to the over-loading of carbs is a somewhat bloated feel but that usually subsides after i lift & do cardio

joints are feeling terrrribbblle in the knees hah, i probably shouldnt be laughing but, other than those issues, feeling great & it sounds like you are too...keep us posted

Thanks bro! Lethargy was gone away. It was pretty bad for about 5 days, than it just dissappear. Have you tried cissus? I am taking 1gram a day with my fish oil and orange triads. It has work pretty damn well so far.

Wow..Great day at teh gym. Broke some more PR's. I was supposed to do abs afterward but I workout at the YMCA, and they close at 6pm on weekends, so I did not have time to hit abs. Libido comes and go, other than that no sides to report today.

Day 26: Rest day

My recovery is amazing, I destroyed my legs yesterday, yet today my legs felt normal and ready to go at it. I went to a seafood buffet today to enjoy some delicious good ness. My libido is going crazy today for some reason, I litterally had a huge boner the entire day. Aggression was high today as well, but I did kept it under control through out the day. I miss the gym, cant wait to do chest, abs, and cardio tommorow.

WOW! Great workout today, I destroyed my chest, Broke some more PR's and feeling great thus far. My muscles are full and hard, veins are at an all time high. The strength and stamina is insane, the pumps are out of this world. I am still getting morning wood! But my balls are not hanging anymore, they are hibernating atm.

Today's workout was alright, this is the first time I did not feel like in the zone while on this cycle. My strength was still there, I just did not have the motivation and aggression. But anyways here is the weight:

Wow....my entired body was way too damn sore for a good workout, I am pretty sure I overtrained my body that entire week. I pretty much did everything light weight and breeze through the workout.

Rest day today, I really needed today just to rest my body. One thing I noticed about caber....that it JACKED up my libido. I would get crazy hard on every time I take caber. Today was no exception, I literally had to work with a boner all day.

Felt much better today, it seems like my strength increase has finally slowed down. Today's workout was great, I was focus and had that on feeling. So I have exactly 14 days left on the cycle, so I will try to make the best out of it. My only goal from now until the end of the cycle is recomp. I am @ 210lbs, and around 10% bf. Going to try to get into the single digit in 14 days.

good stuff big, yeah i noticed that around this time, maybe a little later strength started to taper off, regardless pumps/endurance and just the addition of good clean size gains made me very content from this point on...keep up the good work

Any PH/Steroid can cause a raise in prolactin, its all depend on how your body. Everyone is different. I personally got prolactin gyno from a cycle of xtreme tren I ran last year, I was stupid for not having caber on hand. 300mg of B6 did not cut it for me that time.
