Good workout, I was pumped the hell up. Horrible sleep. I will have dose this 6hrs before I go to bed instead. Cant seem to a decent sleep ever since I started this cycle.

Man I am starting to feel the pumps from this, I was pretty hyped up at the gym. Had quite a bit of energy afterward to do abs and 20 mins cardio. Overall it was a great workout. Forgot to take my last dosage 6 hrs prior going to bed, so I end up having another horrible sleep.
Day 5: I had to take today off, my body is just straight up sore from head to toe. But than again, pain is just the weakness leaving the body.
