First cycle - can I do it like this?

Hi bros!
I wanted to ask you for an advice. I'm training for 4 years, and finally, I want to make my first steroid cycle. I weigh 180lbs...
I want to take it like this:
200mg test enan
200mg deka durabolin
4tabs d-bol.

Is it enaugh? I don't want to take to much at first time.

Not enough Test. Drop the Deca and dbol. Studies have shown that you do not get the same affect on Test doses lower than 300 and 600mgs such as increased satellite cell activity. No need for the other drugs. Test alone will be more than enough.
 
jminis - do you really think that 500mg is the minimum dosage for me? I don't really want take to much for now - it's my first cycle, but not the last one. Maybe second or third one 'll be with 500test / 35dbol - but... well, I've made lot of researches, and I've decided to start at lower dosages.
I've already bought deca and test - so maybe I'll buy more enan, up to 300mg per week.

500mg is a minimum in my eyes. Any lower you might as well be on HRT. Serously. Test with dbol is a great first cycle. Save the deca
 
I would say drop the dbol and deca. Save them for another cycle. See how your body reacts with just the test. My first cycle was test prop 500mg/per week and I made awesome gains.
 
I'd say run test prop for your first cycle. YES, the EoD injections suck, but if you run into bigger than anticipated problems or sides, you can bail fast.
 
And if you insist on running an nandrolone, just run nandrolone phenylprop with the test prop. There's your deca/test stack, no need for dbol since they kick in fast, and you can bail quicker if you get too uncomfortable.
 
n4cer - you're absolutly right. It's good way to use short lasting juices, but I have two problems:
first - test prop I can get is 25mg/amp, so.. it's god damned lot of injections :-P
second - as i said, I already bought test and deca. So maybe I'' sell deca, or save it for another cycle.
test prop I have is 100mg/amp - so this way or another - my ass 'll be .. leaky :-P

nah, just rotate your injection sites, I do delts, the thighs, then glutes. Gives you 6 places to shoot and that is a good rotation..
 
I recommend that you do not do any at all.
At 180lbs you are still on the small end and have probably never reach your maximum normal weight capacity.
1:Diet (2grams of protein per lb of body weight)
2:Strong routine
3:Killer natural supps that work for you
4:Sleep/rest lot of it

I don't see weight as a problem, seeing as though I started at 182, and I'm not small.. ;)

Of course, don't start at 140lbs, that's just plain stupid..

I'd say total years of training, age, and nutritional standing are the main concerns here, I'd like to know more than just "4 years training"..

wk1-10 500mg/week test enan(shoot mon,thurs)
wk1-4 40mg dbol per day
10mg ed nolva throughout whole cycle and 20mg/day during pct, increase if gyno shows.
clomid 300/100/50 for pct
 
Well yes, I'm training for 4 years, my training and diet is really good - i'm doin' lot of researches and to be honest with you - bodybuilding is just my passion :-D
What about weigh 180lbs... i'm terrible sorry, but i just have problems with your measure. I weigh 90kg = so this is 200lbs - i thought 1kg = 2lbs, but it's 0,9lbs. lol

No reason for dbol in a first cycle, let alone 40mgs

Also, no reason for nolva unless gyno shows, nolva will lower IGF-1 slightly
 
To address the issue of 180 lbs unless your 5 foot tall and 1% percent body fat that is small small small. If you think it is not small you are obviously giving away you intellect in the field of bodybuilding. My normal weight is 300 off session 278 at competition at 6’2”
Second of all I would have never been taking gear at 180lbs. I can honestly say M-1-T would do nothing for me at this stage anyway. Please do not get me wrong all I am trying to do is make the young people understand that if you not willing to spend half you day in the gym six days a week then be satisfied with yourself and forget these QUICK fixes. It’s not worth the bullshit and the issues you may have to deal if you to young or over use the gear. Finally, definitely do not listen to all this so called chemist and gear psychologist. They will have you with not nuts, liver and still 180lbs.
