If you were going to take a PH for recovery purposes ONLY, for endurance/strength events that are on back to back days, what would it be?

I've been using iForce Bold200 @ 600mg a day for 2 days prior to my events to be fully recovered from training, and as a recovery agent the night before the 2nd day of racing, so as to relieve some of the fatigue that sets in. Essentially 3 days @ 600mg, maybe 7-8 times per year.

Can you guys think of a better PH for what I'm trying to accomplish? I want extremely low sides, nothing that messes with joints, nothing that will make me lethargic or screw with my glycogen.
