I am going to run a Epi cycle (4 times a week)
My stats are 5.6, 160lbs, and 12% bodyfat, I have bean training for more then 3 years. This is going to be my first cycle, I came up with this cycle, Because of the good amount of lean "quality" gains you can get with this cycle while keeping side's to an absolute minimum (eg acne and shutdown)

If anybody has some final suggestions or tips please feel free to share it
